Guest Speaker – Jez Dunne
Jeremy was one of the planting pastors of City Light Church in 2013 and now leads the team in vision and mission. He’s married to Mel and they have three kids Asher, Zeb and Harper. Jeremy also serves as Chairman of the KYCK youth conference, investing in the next generation of believers.
The SNC Weekend Away is almost here! 🎉
We’re really looking forward to spending the weekend together as we grow together in Christ. Here are all the practical details you need to know before you arrive.
📍When and Where
When: Friday 11 – Sunday 13 September
Where: The Tops Conference Centre – 51 Bendena Garden, Stanwell Tops, 2508
Arrival: From 6:30pm on Friday
Our welcome team will be ready to greet you at the Reception from 6:30-7:30pm on Friday to help you check in and show you where you need to go.
If you’re going to arrive after 7:30pm, please join us in the Boronia Meeting Room (see map attached).
If you’re visiting for the DAY ONLY, we’ve attached a program and a map so you know what’s happening and where we’ll be. Please come and join us whenever you arrive.
🛏️ Accommodation
We have booked the Boronia and Waratah Rooms (see map attached). You’ll be staying in rooms with a combination of double, single, and bunk beds. We’ve allocated everyone to rooms based on the preferences you gave us when you registered.
🍽️ Food
BYO dinner on Friday night, all meals are provided for the weekend after that, including special dietary requirements that were indicated in your registration. You’re very welcome to bring your own snacks!
For day only registrations – morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner included in rego.
🎒What to Bring
Here’s a handy checklist:
- Bible
- Clothes for the whole weekend
- Sheets, sleeping bag, pillow case (Tops Conference Centre provides a pillow)
- Toiletries
- Towel
- Any medication or personal items you need
- A water bottle
- Anything you might want to enjoy free time/optional activities
- Anything else you need to make yourself comfortable for the weekend
