Daisy Hill is a group for connection, open to everyone, which meets on Tuesday mornings here at the church.

We enjoy friendship, new skills in craft activities, hope in everyday living through a short Bible talk and enjoyment in sharing homemade cooking delights and barista coffee for morning tea. We also occasionally hear from guest speakers from the community.

Group tables are set up for bringing along your own unfinished craft projects, or simply come along and join in the conversations. Everyone is welcome! Come along, we’d love to meet you.

When: Every Tuesday in school term time. 10am – 12pm.

Where: In the main church hall. Find us at 1 Broughton Pl, Barden Ridge. Ample parking is available onsite, including disability parking.

Cost: $3 per week – includes homemade morning tea and hot beverages

Community Support

At Daisy Hill we love to support agencies that look out for the needs of others. We regularly support the local women’s refuge, Amelie House, by donating personal care items for a care bag for each new woman who comes to stay at the refuge. Many of our craft items such as blankets and knitwear are also donated to charities and community groups. Other agencies and initiatives we’ve recently supported include:

  • Berkeley Op Shop
  • Dubbo Maternity Hospital
  • St George Hospital Special Care Nursery
  • Dandelion Charity
  • Dementia mitts for residential homes
  • Blankets for Sydney Mission and residential homes
  • Ear savers for Westmead Private Hospital
