Service of Shadows (A reflection on suffering)

Menai Anglican Church is running a more reflective “Service of Shadows” on Wednesday 27th March at 8pm. Kurt Peters will be speaking on Jesus’ suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane in the shadow of the cross. If you’ve ever experienced deep grief, sorrow, or pain, this service will enable you to meet Jesus in that place. We’ll see how Jesus poured out his heart to the Father, asking hard questions and battling temptation to bring us rest. This service will be good for anyone, and might especially suit those who have had a rough time recently, as well as those who are travelling over the Easter Weekend who don’t want to miss out focusing on Jesus.
