Risk of Harm Report – anything that could be a risk of harm to a child/youth. Once completed, this report is automatically sent to Andrew Barry (Senior Minister), Lauren Dewhurst (Children’s Minister) and Connor Davaram (Youth Minister).

Hazard Report  – Use this form to report health and safety hazards found at Menai Anglican Church. Once completed, this report is automatically sent to Andrew Barry (Senior Minister) and Denise Gellett (Parish Administrator).
