SUMMARY:Better Together: Marriage Morning
DESCRIPTION:If you are married and you are a part of Menai Anglican Church\, I would like to invite you to make an investment. \nSometimes we get our cars serviced and repaired more often than we deliberately work on our marriages. After our relationship with God\, this is the single most important relationship in our lives. Even the best marriages can grow; and there are some really hard seasons of life. The commitment to work on our marriages is key. In my opinion the song that “gets marriage” more than any other is by Casting Crowns\, it calls us to be “broken together”.  \n\nSaturday Morning\, 10th May 2025. \n9am – 12:30pm (and then go out on a date!)\nSpeakers: Steve and Kelly Carlisle\nLocation: Menai Anglican Church\n\nThe aim of the day is to spend time together and to be together as a couple. We are setting up small tables so that each couple has their own space (see the photo below). A great picnic lunch will be provided for each couple and we encourage you to take each out for lunch that day. Lunch together might be as important\, if not more\, than the morning itself. \nThere will be humour\, God’s words and practical wisdom.  None of us is perfect. Those providing input this year are Steve and Kelly Carlisle. Steve is the director of Youthwork’s year 13 and Kelly is a community nurse. Both are members of our 10am congregation.
