Losing someone we love can leave us shattered, lost and alone. And while all loss brings a measure of grief, the death of someone we love is one of the most significant losses we can experience. It can affect how we perceive ourselves, others and the world around us. It can be difficult to cope while life around us seems to go on as normal.

This free-of-charge seminar is designed to explore ways that will help you to cope when someone passes away, and suggests support strategies to help others through their own loss and grief.
